Shipping Policy – Hydrate+

1. Shipping Areas

Hydrate+ ships its products to the United States and internationally (depending on the countries available at the time of order).

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.


2. Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

A shipping confirmation with a tracking number is sent by e-mail once the order has been shipped.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 2 to 5 business days

European Union: 4 to 8 business days

International: 7 to 15 business days (depending on the destination and local postal services)

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on: the weight and volume of the products, the destination, the chosen shipping method (standard or express).

Shipping may be offered for certain orders, according to the conditions indicated on the Hydrate+ website.


5. Order Tracking

Each shipped order comes with a tracking number allowing the customer to track the progress of their package.

This number is sent by e-mail at the time of shipping.


6. Receipt of Order

Upon receiving the package, the customer must check the condition of the packaging and contents.

7. Delays and Lost Packages

In case of significant delay or loss of the package, Hydrate+ commits to opening an investigation with the carrier and offering an appropriate solution (reshipment or refund).
