8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must return the product(s) in unused, resalable condition with original packaging and all accessories. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are borne by you. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using the original payment method.
