Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the EU, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by e-mail at: support@hydrateplus.io


2. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and unopened when it comes to products sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons).

They must be sent back in their original packaging, along with any accessories that were included.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.


3. Products Not Eligible for Refund

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized products or products made according to the customer's specifications.

Opened products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., dietary supplements, opened cosmetics...).

Digital content provided via download after the customer's express consent.


4. Refund Procedure

Once the return is validated, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days from the receipt of the product.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon with the customer.


5. Defective or Non-Compliant Products


In the case of a defective, damaged, or non-compliant product, please contact us upon receipt at support@hydrateplus.io and attach photos of the product in question.

Once validated, Hydrate+ will cover the return shipping costs and will offer, at the customer's choice: a replacement of the product, or a full refund.
